General Information

We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, Checks, and Money Orders. All credit card orders are processed securely in real time when you place your order.

Most orders are shipped within 1 business day of receiving your order but in some cases it may take up to 5 business days to process your order. If time is "of the essence" please email us for availability prior to submitting your order.

International orders may take slightly longer to process. We are required by postal regulation to accurately describe and value merchandise being exported, please do not ask us to falsify customs documents.

All returned checks are subject to a $20 returned check fee.

We reserve the right to correct any errors in our data base and on our website that may cause you to be charged the wrong price for an item. We reserve the right to correct any errors that may be caused by our shopping cart program such as incorrect shipping charges. We reserve the right to correct any and all other types of errors that may affect your order. Thank you for understanding that although this web site is running on a computer, it was created and is maintained by humans.

Return Policy

All items are backed by a 30 day return policy if you are not 100% satisfied for any reason. We want you to be happy with your selection. All returns must be sent by any insured carrier. Initial and return shipping & handling charges are not refundable unless we have shipped something that you did not order. All returns require a RMA number. This can be obtained by sending an email to: webmaster@mdmsports.com.

Shipping & Handling Information

All shipping & handling charges are based on the weight of the order and your location. Orders can be shipped via UPS, US Priority Mail, US Surface Mail, and US Air Mail. We try our best to charge exact and reasonable shipping and handling costs on all orders. We insure all items and that expense is included in the shipping and handling charge. Shipments by post office are not trackable while enroute, please be patient, postal estimates of delivery times are sometimes inaccurate in individual situations. UPS shipments can be tracked, and delivery estimates are usually accurate within one business day of expectations.

It is your responsibility to pick the correct shipping method. The shopping cart defaults to UPS zone 4, please select the proper zone or shipping method of your choice. If you pick a UPS zone, the address submitted must not be a P.O. box, in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or international, or the order will be cancelled.

Shipping methods below are available in most areas and on most orders. We reserve the right to change your selected shipping method if it is not available in your area or with your order or if we feel that upgrading your order to a faster method is reasonable (for example if you choose UPS zone 4 which might take 5 business days to reach you, we will sometimes upgrade your package to go by priority mail).

We recommend UPS for all US orders and US Air Mail for all International Orders.

Insurance cost is included in quoted shipping cost of all orders.

MDM Sports is not responsible for lost items due to shipping.

In the rare case where a box arrives with damaged merchandise, please contact the carrier (UPS or post office) for assistance in filing a claim, do not throw away either the box itself or the packing materials.
